The end game is the development of a single-purpose "biomass to energy" project where biomass will be converted to cellulosic ethanol, renewable power, and clean water.

The project will utilize conversion technologies from companies including Inbicon A/S and Renew Energy A/S. The biomass plant will convert agricultural biomass primarily consisting of corn stover harvesting reisdue, energy crops grown on currently idle land, and a variety of wet biomass sources.
